What People Say

The i4cp HRBP Development Assessment was instrumental in my development. It was easy to read and clearly showed the areas I needed to develop the most. I would recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career.

5 Reasons the i4cp HRBP Assessment is a Good Career Move

  1. Most HRBPs have never received useful development feedback. You have been the proverbial “cobbler’s children” – ensuring managers and employees receive great development experiences - but not benefitting from helpful development feedback yourselves.

  2. The HR Business Partner role is uniquely relationship intensive. Understanding how you are viewed by others you work with is the best way to assess your strengths and areas for development.

  3. Supervisor involvement in development planning. Getting your supervisor’s developmental feedback on your capabilities is optimal, but sometimes can be difficult. Like you, they’re busy people. Plus, many organizations do not have a structured and convenient approach for HRBPs to gather useful development feedback. Providing feedback using the i4cp HRBP Development Assessment requires only 15-20 minutes of their time and utilizes a proven HRBP capability model.

  4. Strengths and Development Needs Report. This report is provided directly to you, the participant HRBP. You can share your report with a coach, mentor or other trusted development resource, putting you in control.

  5. Individual Development Planning Approach. It may be hard to believe, but most HRBPs do not have a personal development plan. This is a tragedy – so many talented people with no development plans! We believe the data drives insight drives action philosophy. To facilitate using your HRBP assessment results to guide development action, the Strengths and Development Needs Report includes a recommended individual development planning approach that has been designed specifically for HRBPs.
